What is the pattern of studying abroad in Japan?

I believe that many students will go to Japan to study in the mood is excited and nervous, but also very curious to go to Japan to study in the end what life is like, today to introduce to you what kind of life is a model of Japan to study abroad?

If you are interested in this topic, please click here.

What is the pattern of studying abroad in Japan?

Chinese universities are like a small, all-purpose society, where students can live, read, entertain, eat, and shop. They can handle all their daily needs without leaving campus.

However, in Japanese universities, day students account for the majority, and the school will not arrange the dormitory uniformly. Generally, the dormitory provided by the school for foreigners is quite comfortable, basically single room, equipped with independent bathroom or kitchen, of course, there are also double rooms, and even a couple’s room.

However, if you want to live in a dormitory, you must apply in advance, and you can only apply for one year at a time. After the second year, you have to apply again to stay in the dormitory, but most students choose to move out at this point.

In Japanese universities, coffee shops are the most popular place for students to communicate and study, while other entertainment facilities and shops are usually located near schools.

So it’s more convenient to move out and rent.

The mode of independent study in domestic universities is strict in and wide out. It is difficult to enter universities and relatively easy to graduate.

Once you get into college, if you don’t break the law, fail too many grades, or not enough credits, thesis unqualified phenomenon, you can basically graduate.

Therefore, in the domestic university will be relatively more “comfortable”, as long as you step by step to attend classes, exams, writing papers on it.

However, in an unconstrained learning environment, students will inevitably neglect their studies, especially those who lack the ability to study independently.

And THE UNIVERSITY OF Japan BELONGS TO STRICT ENTER STRICT GO OUT MODEL, BELOW SUCH STUDY ENVIRONMENT, THEY HAD FORMED THE CONSCIOUSNESS THAT STUDY INDEPENDENTLY, Japan PAYS ATTENTION TO ACADEMIC STUDY QUITE, STUDY RIGOROUS, MUST FINISH ENOUGH CERTAIN CREDIT ABILITY TO GRADUATE SMOOTHLY.

In addition, Japanese universities are research-oriented. In addition to completing the daily tasks of class and examination, they also need to have sufficient academic ability and research ability.

In addition, many graduate students in Japan are already working. In their work, they think it is necessary to continue to learn professional knowledge so as to improve their academic qualifications. Therefore, they will take their studies more seriously.

Therefore, international students in Japan must improve the ability to study independently, do not feel that no one in charge, can be unlicked, learning must set up a good goal.

As mentioned above, in Japan, people usually rent a house alone when they study at university. They need to take care of themselves whether they study or live.

So, if there is an announcement from the university, no matter how big or small, it will be sent to the students’ email, such as tuition payment time, various meetings or competitions.

No one is obliged to remind you except by email, no one calls or texts you, and there are no counselors or homeroom teachers in Japanese universities.

You miss an email, you face the consequences.

So, if you’re in Japan, be sure to check your email and don’t miss important announcements.

Finally, I wish you all a wonderful and smooth study experience in Japan!
