Be aware and make every effort to validate your relationship.

Then introduce the referee’s position in your project or company, what he or she has done throughout the contact, and highlight his or her performance as well as what everyone thinks of him or her.

Second, the middle part should focus on the recommender’s reasons for recommending the recommender.

For example, the specific performance of the recommender in the scientific research project or class, what examples impressed the recommender, etc.
