What are the safety precautions for studying abroad in Spain

Before you decide to study in Spain, here are some safety tips to know: living in a dorm on campus is safer than renting.

Students should learn to communicate with others and avoid unnecessary conflicts.

Today, I will introduce the safety precautions for studying abroad in Spain. If you are interested in this topic, please click here.

1. Living in a dormitory on campus is much safer than renting out. For various reasons, when students study abroad, they often prefer to rent a house by themselves rather than live in a dormitory arranged by the university.

In fact, the potential danger is huge: because students don’t have a deep enough local knowledge to know which areas are unsafe, they may not hesitate to move in because the price is relatively low, which is really dangerous.

Therefore, it is recommended that students who have just started to study abroad should try to live in the dormitory on campus. In fact, it is not bad, because it is close to the place of study and can communicate with students more.

If you must go out to rent a house, be sure to make a full understanding before making a decision. If you know someone, ask them about it.

See, at least make sure the house you live in is safe.

Second, the students have to learn to communicate with others, avoid unnecessary conflict in recent years, Chinese students safety problems is an important reason why the students towards younger age, don’t have much security awareness, and their ability to care for and independence are relatively less, to communicate with people, ability to adapt to society is lower, which makes them in the face of things is often difficult to handle,

The habitual use of violence to solve the problem, all harm and no benefit.

Therefore, it is recommended that we learn the ability to communicate with others and adapt to the society, so that we will not be alone in the outside.

Chinese people have the habit of carrying cash to pay, but in fact in foreign countries, people mainly use a variety of cards for consumption.

In fact, it is very unsafe to carry a large amount of cash, so students should never carry a large amount of cash with them when they go out. I emphasize this issue because Chinese students often make this mistake. Of course, don’t leave money at home or with host families.

Students deposit the cash in the bank and keep a small amount on them for daily use.

Do not take the bank card because once lost, it is likely to be taken by others to a large number of consumption, now the technology is so developed, want to crack your bank card password is not impossible, and if lost but also to do, more trouble.

1. It is recommended to clear up relevant matters and organize relevant articles before going out: record the address of the school, the name and telephone of the contact person or the person who picks up the plane;

Have a small amount of change, international credit cards, money orders or traveler’s checks;

Prepare passport, visa, air ticket, school admission notice, health certificate, education and other important information and copies;

Bring your mobile phone, laptop and other communication tools.

Bring the transformer, converter plug, plug board, common medicine, clothing, personal ID photo and some common computer software.

2. There is plenty of time to go through all kinds of exit check procedures at the port, which should be paid attention to by friends and relatives of overseas students.

3. Carefully check whether you have brought all your passports and visas before leaving.

Some “old students” who have applied for a new passport after returning home from vacation often find it difficult to go through customs because they only hold the new passport and forget to bring the old passport with a valid visa.

International students in this situation are reminded to bring their old passports with valid visas to avoid affecting their exit itinerary.

At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention not to unstick the visa on the old passport on the new passport, which belongs to the entry and exit illegal behavior, as invalid documents.

4. According to the regulations of the Customs, when leaving the country, the cash should not exceed 20,000 Yuan or foreign currency in cash equivalent to 5,000 U.S. dollars.

If you want to exceed this standard, you need to declare to the customs in advance, otherwise you will be punished by the corresponding administrative penalty.

5. Many parents worry about their children’s inadaptability and inconvenience to living abroad, so they prepare a lot of food and daily necessities for their children, which leads to overweight luggage. Therefore, they will be fined a lot of money when they pass the customs.

Therefore, remember that the carry-on luggage should not exceed 20 kilograms per person.

6, in advance to understand the destination country on the relevant restrictions on carrying goods, so as not to suffer losses.

Some students want to take some domestic specialties abroad, but some items will be banned by the country to enter.

For example, Australia bans dairy, egg and meat products from entering the country.
