What are the best accommodations to study abroad in the United States

After all, this is the dormitory where you will live for several years. Recently, the United States released the ranking of the best dormitory, many friends are interested in it. Then what are the dormitory in the United States?

Today I will introduce it to you. If you are interested in this topic, please click here and follow along to see it.

1. About Johnson University Dorms The dorms at Johnson University are a vibrant place.

Being close to the city center provides students with many social and academic resources.

And provide opportunities for students to grow.

The dorm at Washington University in St. Louis is like a castle, with spacious rooms, beautiful carpets and Tempur Pedic memory mattresses.

Most dormitories are suites with 4-6 bedrooms and separate bathrooms.

The school also has a special cleaning staff responsible for cleaning bathrooms and toilets.

With weekly toiletries, life is easy.

3. About Highport University Residence Highport University can house students for up to 4 years.

About 93% of the students live on campus. Freshmen and juniors must live on campus.

For freshmen, Highport University provides 9 dormitory areas, which are divided into several levels and can be chosen by students with various needs.

Options: Standard two-bedroom suite, one-bedroom suite, two-bedroom suite, three-bedroom suite, four-bedroom suite, high-end two-bedroom suite, luxury one-bedroom suite.

The dormitory also has a mini kitchen.

Each dormitory building has study rooms on each floor.

Wireless Internet access is available throughout the university campus, cable TV is available in all dorms, and each dorm has a laundry room, washer and dryer for students to use free of charge.

Best of all, this fairy school allows pets!

In this university, each student has his or her own apartment. There is no need to share a room with others.

Refrigerator, stove, oven, shelf, kitchen, etc

The apartment is heated and air-conditioned, and the living room is equipped with a sofa, end table and bookshelves.

The dormitory is also rich in traditional activities.

There are bonfires for students in detention during the holidays, and activities for those who like to socialize, such as playing guitar, listening to music, enjoying food and stories.

5. Grand Canyon University Suite-style dormitories and apartments are available for freshmen and returning students.

While staying at GCU’s on-campus housing, they have access to the heated swimming pool, numerous on-campus restaurants, and are close to amenities such as the GCU Arena, the 18-hole GCU golf course, and the Jerry Colanglo Museum.

Let the students feel very warm, very convenient.

1. Transportation Factors When choosing a place to live, students must consider transportation factors.

Many students choose to stay away from school in order to live in a more spacious or quiet environment.

In fact, there will be a lot of time wasted in the commuting time between school and accommodation every day, which not only wastes their precious time but also seriously consumes their energy, which makes people physically and mentally tired and is not conducive to learning and development.

2. Safety factor One of the most important factors in off-campus life is that one’s own safety must be guaranteed. Students often go to work early and come home late in daily life and study.

So a person in the choice of residence must choose a relatively good security of the place.

When students sign a housing contract, be sure to read the contract carefully to see how much the specific costs are, such as whether the water and garbage charges are included, how to calculate the gas and electricity bills, how much is the monthly service charge of the house and so on.

In cold parts of the United States, they should ask for their winter heating bills in advance.

In short, some small details must be detailed before signing!

4. Keep proof of deposit.

When renting an apartment in the United States, many landlords will require the first month’s rent and security deposit in advance.

The deposit is typically one month’s rent and will only be refunded if the house is not damaged when the student finally checks out.

Therefore, the students must ensure their deposit certificate, so as not to cause losses to themselves.

5. Check your housing.

Before signing the contract, be sure to check the basic situation of the house and the relevant person in charge of the house, such as water pressure, electricity meter number, old and new degree of doors and Windows, and list out of the responsibility should not be borne, such as the existing house cracks, furniture damage, so as not to give you back to bring trouble.
