What are the conditions for outstanding talents to immigrate to the United States

U.S. immigration law states that talented aliens must “bring great benefit to the United States.”

Uscis argues that the practical implication of this requirement is that Congress does not want talented aliens to immigrate to the United States and remain idle without using their talents.

This is what U.S. immigration law requires of America’s most talented people.

What are the conditions for talented people to immigrate to the United States?

Here is a small series for you to introduce it.

Conditions for immigration to the United States of Outstanding talents Unless the applicant has won a Nobel Prize, an Oscar award or a similar award recognized around the world, the applicant must provide materials that meet the following ten conditions: 1.

Applicants have been awarded awards recognized at home or abroad 2. Applicants have the membership of the association, and can only join the association after examination by domestic and foreign experts 3.

A profile of the applicant or the applicant’s work in a professional journal, major business journal or major news media 4.

The applicant has evaluated the work of others as an expert in the field. The applicant has made significant contributions in the field.

Applicant has published academic articles 7. Applicant’s artwork has been exhibited 8. Applicant plays a leading or key role in a prestigious institution 9.

Applicant enjoys a high salary compared to others in the field 10. Applicant has achieved commercial insurance success in the performing arts 2. U.S. Immigration Benefits 1.

Employment People with a green card are not restricted from working in the United States.

In order to protect their interests, USA has a lot of jobs (high tech). Biochemistry.

Military and other research. Production.

Even if foreigners have the corresponding knowledge and expertise.

This puts foreign students on a very unequal footing with their American counterparts when they graduate from college and find jobs.

2. Tuition Fees are an expensive investment for students studying in the United States.

Green card students can study in all public elementary and secondary schools in the United States until they turn 18.

At universities, immigrants to the United States can enjoy the same tuition fees as local students.

At the University of California, Berkeley, for example, local students pay just over $10,000 a year, while international students pay $36,000.

3. Retirement Green Card A green card holder with tax records, after retirement (usually 65 years old) to receive a federal government pension (monthly) of $1000 to $1200) for life.

For many immigrants, the number of years they receive a pension outstrips the number of years they pay taxes.

In addition, green card holders can apply to purchase low-income senior apartments after they retire.

You can buy your own home built in the US with state subsidies for around 35% of the market price.

4. Pension in the United States “low income” after retirement, green card holders (without tax records) can handle the “medical card” card to see any disease no longer spend money, to avoid the high medical costs in the United States, completely alleviate the sick elderly worry.

Those who do not have a low income will not have to pay their own medical expenses if they pay less insurance after retirement, as long as they have accumulated 10 years of tax records.

1. Improve social welfare: The social welfare system of the United States is quite complete.

Although it is not like the national welfare of some European countries, its care for people and immigrants is very comprehensive.

There is work insurance.

Living allowance. Medical allowance.

Home purchase subsidies and retirement benefits secure the basics for everyone, and everyone has a sense of stability.

2. High-quality and diverse education systems: As is known to all, China and the United States have completely different educational styles in today’s era.

China is more of a kind of cramming, cattle herding type of overall common education;

The American education model pays more attention to individual students and cultivates their independent creativity and imagination.

Prestigious international universities enroll less than 20 percent of international students each year.

After immigration, students can choose prestigious universities and ace majors that are not open to foreign students.

High school is free and college is one third of the price of international students.

Graduate students have more opportunities to apply for scholarships.

Financial aid.

3. More internship opportunities and greater social advantages: Since international students have no status, their jobs are more limited.

First, they can only apply for part-time jobs at school.

Most of these part-time jobs are unskilled manual labor, which is limited in number and difficult for most international students to obtain.

Second, only students who have obtained the above positions and social security numbers are eligible to take part-time jobs off campus.

Green card students have no status problems, fewer restrictions on work, and can choose the internship company freely.

The number of off-campus internship is large, the pay is high, and the work content is rich.

Green card holders are not restricted from working in the United States, and foreign students compete very unequally with American students when they graduate from college and seek jobs.

Green card students are more likely to make the Fortune 500.

The United States has a good business environment, as long as you have an idea, make a difference, willing to do something, there are always opportunities to do something.

Everyone has a big stage.

4. Life That is to say, food security, the cost of living is far below the total income.

For example, if you buy an apple in China, it is 15 yuan per catty, but in the United States, it may be two dollars per catty, so the conversion is about the same, but you should know that you earn in dollars, so the price is lower.

Some 186 countries and territories grant visa-free and visa-free access to U.S. passport holders, and 150 countries and territories have visa-free access.

Chinese people travel and visit their relatives.

The countries needed for business are basically attached to the US passport visa-free list of countries and territories.
