Investment immigration belongs to the shortcut of immigration application, because it does not need you to meet the additional conditions, as long as the money is enough and in place can apply.

1. Investment 1. If you have enough funds, you can choose a high-priced project, that is, you legally have 10 million New Zealand dollars, and you are willing to invest the money in New Zealand. The investment time needs to be more than three years, after which you can spend freely.

The advantage of choosing this project is that there are no additional requirements, that is, you only need to be in good physical condition, no English requirement, no age requirement, and no business experience.

2. Investment Category 2 If you don’t have a lot of money, you can choose to invest S $3 million in a project, but still require a legitimate source of funds.

And it’s all invested in New Zealand, and there’s a three-year freeze.

However, there are other requirements, including IELTS score of 3 or above and more than three years of business experience. After meeting these requirements, you need to score according to your personal situation and queue up to apply.

There are no requirements for age, IELTS score and business background. The applicant needs to invest NZ $10 million within the investment range designated by the New Zealand government, such as bonds issued by the New Zealand government or local government.

Civil real estate development, investment period is 3 years, once the period is up, you can get a New Zealand green card.

1. No English, business and age requirements;

2. Family assets above NZ $10 million, and explain their legal sources;

3. Short and easy to handle: the operation is simple, and the examination time of immigration officials is 9 months on average;

4, the application conditions are relaxed: no English, educational requirements, no business background requirements;

5. Many visa-free countries: 171 countries in the world are visa-free for New Zealand passport, including the United States, Canada and Australia.

The Investor 2 Resident Visa is suitable for those who have some business experience and are willing to invest at least NZ $3 million in New Zealand within 4 years.

Category 2 applicants should be under the age of 65.

If the visa conditions are met, the applicant can immigrate to New Zealand and obtain permanent residence in New Zealand.

New Zealand investment immigrant Class 2 visa annual immigration quota of 400.

From 1 June 2017, Immigration New Zealand will invite eligible applicants under the new policy.

1. Score at least 20 points on expression of interest (EOI); 2.

2. Invest at least NZ $3 million in New Zealand over a four-year period;

3. At least 3 years of business experience;

4. Under the age of 65;

5. No criminal record and in good health;

6. Average score of IELTS is at least 3;

7. Resident in New Zealand for at least 146 days in each of the last three years of the four-year investment period;

8. Others (1) For New Zealand Investment immigrant Category 2 applicants, if they invest at least NZ $750,000 into “growth investments”, they can enjoy the following advantages: – After receiving the New Zealand residence visa and landing, they can live in New Zealand for at least 438 days during the four years;

– Get 20 extra points.

(2) If the applicant invests at least NZ $1.5 million into growth investments, the total investment can be reduced by NZ $500,000.

1. Can live, work and study in New Zealand;

2. They can immigrate to New Zealand with their spouse and dependent children under the age of 24;

3. Access to New Zealand benefits such as education and health care;

4. The investment amount is flexible and the application process is simple;

5. No immigration detention after permanent return visa to New Zealand.

Application process: 1. Immigration qualification assessment;

2. Submit EOI;

3. Prepare visa application materials after receiving the immigration invitation;

4. Submit visa application;

5. Received an approval-in-principle reply after the visa was granted;

6. Transfer and investment of funds to New Zealand (within 12 months);

7. Approved New Zealand residence visa;

8. At the end of the four-year investment period, New Zealand permanent residence visa will be granted.
