Students who plan to study in Canada will enter Canada after getting ready for everything. What are the regulations for entering Canada?

Follow here to see the relevant information about Canada study and entry!

1, Canada study and entry regulations baggage weight and size each person can check two pieces of luggage free of charge.

Air Canada and Air China: The weight of each suitcase shall not exceed 23kg. The total length, width and height of each suitcase shall not exceed 158cm.

One piece of hand luggage, each weighing no more than 5kg, volume no more than 23cm 41cm 57cm (see the airline instructions for details).

Prohibit or avoid bringing in any meat products, fresh fruits, produce, and large quantities of prescription drugs, which are generally prohibited from entering the country.

And electrical appliances had better not take, because the voltage in Canada is 110V, and domestic electrical appliances are generally 220V.

Electrical appliances cannot be used unless a transformer is used.

At the same time, the two countries of the power plug system is different, if carrying a computer, be sure to prepare a switch plug.

You can’t carry more than $10,000 in cash.

Firstly, it is not safe to carry large amounts of cash, and secondly, it violates the entry and exit regulations of China and Canada.

If you have more than $10,000 in cash, you have to declare it when you enter Canada.

It is recommended to carry small bills with you.

1. All passengers must download ArriveCan app to submit personal information 2.

No matter who you are, you will need to fill out the required information through the ArriveCan app or website.

Travelers who fail to digitally submit the required information before boarding may be subject to penalties ranging from a verbal warning to a $1,000 fine.

An exception will be made for passengers whose personal circumstances, such as disability or inadequate infrastructure, prevent them from submitting information electronically.

When Chinese students go to Canada, they must be prepared with their personal identity documents, remember to take their passports with them, and ensure that their passports are valid. Otherwise, most of them will be rejected by Canadian border officials!

Canada is very strict on the protection of minors. In order to prevent the abduction and trafficking of children, Canadian border officials are careful to check the entry documents of minors under the age of 18. Therefore, parents must ensure that their children’s identity documents are complete when they take their children to study in Canada.

If you have contraband or items in your suitcase that make you look like you’re looking for a job or working in Canada, or if you have sensitive topics, videos of minors and memes on your mobile phone, laptop or other electronic devices that fall under Canadian laws and regulations, you’re at high risk of being rejected.

Criminal records are one of the main reasons for Canadian Customs to refuse entry. Of course, not all friends with records will be rejected. Canadian Customs will determine according to the specific circumstances.

Of course, as a precaution, friends with criminal records can be issued a rehabilitation or rehabilitation certificate in China in advance.

Canadian students with expired study permit or suspected of working under the law must complete their studies within the validity period of the study permit. Please work in accordance with the time specified in Canada, and do not appear unexcused absences, leave or do not register for courses and other bad situations. If international students want to stay in Canada after graduation, they must get a valid work visa.

Students go to Canada to study abroad, before entering the country, first of all, they have successfully got the admission notice of Canadian colleges and universities, and handled the Canadian student visa. Therefore, when preparing the entry materials, it is relatively simple, because most of these materials are provided by the colleges and universities before applying for the visa.

The list of materials that should be put in the luggage of students is as follows: 1. The original valid passport of the student; 2.

2. Canada Customs paper, also known as an entry letter, is used to obtain a Canadian student visa Study Permit;

3. Copy of admission letter from Canadian university;

4. Copy of fee slip or receipt for tuition and accommodation fee payment;

5. Original transcripts and graduation certificates from domestic universities. Students also need to provide degree certificates;

6, ticket electronic itinerary;

7. Minor students also need to bring the notarized original copy of their guardian in China and Canada;

8, carry a small amount of cash at any time, generally 500-1000 Canadian dollars can be, in case of emergency, in the airport to buy water, telephone and so on more convenient.

9. Prepare the phone number of the college receiver and save it in your cell phone or write it down in your notebook.
