2022 UK student loan latest introduction

With the increase of the number of students studying abroad, the cost of studying abroad is also gradually increasing in recent years, and student loan has become the choice of some families. Then, what are the requirements for applying for student loan in Britain?

Student loan applicants are students or their immediate family members or spouses.

To apply for a student loan, the borrower must have full capacity for civil conduct and the loan term must not exceed 55 years of age.

The applicant should also hold the admission letter or other valid admission certificate of the proposed school and the domestic entry visa and passport of the proposed school.

Having a fixed residence, a stable occupation and a source of income, and having a fixed residence or other effective residence within controllable limits.

The applicant may choose the student himself as the borrower or the parent or legal guardian as the borrower according to his or her own needs.

If the actual user is under the age of 18, his legal guardian shall be the borrower.

Borrowers need good credit.

The guarantor is a legal person or natural person who has the ability to pay compensation and is willing to bear the joint and several repayment liability;

3. The amount and duration of the loan in the UK shall not exceed the application fee specified in the admission letter or other valid admission certificate of the UK school.

The tuition fee, living expenses and other necessary expenses in one year shall not exceed 500,000 Yuan, and the maximum shall not exceed 6 years (including 6 years).

2. The living expenses of studying in the UK require about 80,000-100,000 RMB per year, which includes the cost of accommodation, food and beverage, living expenses and other daily necessities. However, the living expenses often need to be adjusted according to personal living habits, so the above data can only be used as a reference.

But according to the requirements of the UK visa center, with the cost of living in the London region demand in 1265 pounds a month, while Britain not with the cost of living in the London region requirements for 1015 / month, of course, the above cost is only the minimum standard of living, if plus the usual travel and other consumables purchase cost is much more than so much.

3. Other Fees IELTS Test fee: The registration fee for the general academic IELTS test is 2020 yuan, and the registration fee for the UK Visa and immigration IELTS test is 2070 yuan. Please note that only the UKVI IELTS can apply for language courses.

GMAT or GRE test fee: The GMAT test fee is 1725 yuan per test, and the GRE test fee is 1665 yuan per test.

University application fee: for undergraduate students, the application fee is 18 pounds for the first university, 24 pounds for more than one university, and you can apply to 4-5 universities at a time.

The application fee for a master’s degree depends on the institution, usually ranging from ¡ê25 to ¡ê50.

Passport visa fee: Passport handling fee is 250 yuan, visa application fee is about 3,033 yuan, in addition to the cost of 500-1000 physical examination.

Deposit: When you get an offer from a university, some institutions need to pay a deposit, ranging from 600 pounds to 2,000 pounds.

Air ticket cost: The price of air ticket will be adjusted according to the time period, about 3000-8000 yuan/time.

Guarantee money: Although the guarantee money can not be considered as specific money spent, but also need to be prepared;

The amount of guarantee is usually the tuition fee for one year of study in the UK + nine months of living expenses, usually around 250,000-300,000 yuan.
