(4) If the property is mortgaged or pledged, the ownership certificate of the mortgaged property or the original document of the pledge and the certificate that the person who has the right to dispose of the property (including the co-owner of the property) agrees to mortgage or pledge shall be provided. If necessary, the appraisal certificate of the mortgaged property issued by the authority shall be provided;
(5) If the guarantor is a legal person, it shall issue the written document of the guarantor agreeing to guarantee (if the guarantor is a branch of the legal person, it shall also issue the legal person authorized guarantee document), the business license of the enterprise legal person, the audited financial statements of the previous year and the recent period, and the relevant credit certificate materials;
