1. 12 years of formal education and a high school diploma (technical secondary school, vocational high school, technical school) are required.
Age should be under 25 years old, or 27 years old for undergraduate courses.

Note: Public certification materials need to be issued within half a year of the effective materials.
(1) When applying for the first time, the applicant must bring his/her graduation certificate and ID card, and fill out the study abroad evaluation form carefully;
(2) After evaluating the company and confirming that the applicant meets the conditions, select the school, sign a contract with the company and pay 500 yuan;
(3) The company guides students to prepare the materials, about 2 to 4 weeks;
(4) The company formally submits materials to the school, and the school issues the admission notice;
(5) The applicant shall apply for a passport by himself after receiving the admission letter;
(6) Apply for visa and permit to the Exit and Entry Office of the Ministry of Justice with relevant materials;
(7) The applicant shall pay the agency fee, tuition fee and accommodation fee after receiving the visa and issuing the permit;
(8) The company will assist the applicant to apply for the final visa to the Consulate in China with this certificate and relevant materials;
(9) Prepare luggage and send off the plane;
(10) Airport pick-up, accommodation arrangement and enrollment.
