Study abroad loan is a consumer loan that students apply for studying abroad from Minsheng Bank with their existing certificates of deposit, real estate and other family property as security.

1. The borrower shall have full capacity for civil conduct and shall not be more than 55 years old on the maturity date of the loan;

2. The borrower has no violation of the law or discipline, has good health, and has the character of honesty and trustworthiness;

3. If the borrower is the person studying abroad, he/she shall have a permanent household registration or other valid residence status in the place where the lender is located before studying abroad;

4. If the borrower is the immediate family member or spouse of the student studying abroad, he/she shall have permanent household registration or other valid residence status within the territory under the control of the Lender, have a fixed residence, a stable occupation and income source, and have the ability to repay the principal and interest on schedule;

5. The borrower shall hold the admission notice or other valid admission certificate issued by the overseas school of the intended student;

6. The Borrower shall provide property mortgage, pledge or third party guarantee approved by the Lender.

Mortgaged property is currently limited to properties for which mortgage rights can be established;

At present, the pledge is limited to Treasury bonds, certificates of deposit of the Bank, enterprise bonds and other securities;

The guarantor shall be a legal or natural person with compensatory capacity and willing to undertake joint and several repayment liabilities;

7. Meet other conditions specified by the Lender.

1. Legal and valid identity documents (resident ID card, household register or other valid residence permit) and photocopies. The married person should also provide the above information of his/her spouse;

2. Proof of stable financial income of the borrower (family);

3. The borrower’s stable career certificate;

4. List of mortgaged property or pledge, ownership certificate;

5. Student’s school status certificate or admission letter;

6. Other documents or information required by the bank.

The two main universities in Lausanne are Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne and the University of Lausanne.

Geneva Located between Lake Geneva and the French border, Geneva is the heart of Switzerland.

It is known on the international stage as one of the world’s major diplomatic centers, being the second largest base of the United Nations and home to numerous non-governmental organizations.

Like other Swiss cities, Geneva is one of the most expensive places to study abroad, but at the same time you can attend a world-class university in a comfortable, safe and international environment.

The highly ranked university in Geneva is the University of Geneva.

Known for its relatively laid-back pace of life, Bern is Switzerland’s federal capital and the country’s fourth most populous city.

The old town, with its charming cobblestone streets and 15th-century buildings, is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Although Bern is not bordered by a lake, it has the winding Aller River and many hiking trails in the surrounding hills and mountains.

There are also museums and galleries, such as the modern art-themed Paul Klee Centre, as well as a dizzying array of bars and nightclubs.
