2021 What’s life like as a Spanish immigrant

Spain is a very attractive immigrant country, attracting a lot of overseas immigrants, so in Spain immigrant life is what?

Here’s a look at life as an immigrant in Spain.

Due to the mild climate and long sunshine in Spain, Spanish people prefer to stay up late and get up late than people in other European countries. The shops open relatively late, usually at 9:00 or 9:30 in the morning, until 13:30 in the afternoon the whole morning business;

In the afternoon, business is usually from 16:30 or 17:00 to 20:00 or 20:30. Although there are several hours of breaks at noon, more and more stores are not closed.

If it’s in a popular tourist area, shops are usually open until 22:00 or 23:00, seven days a week.

Spain has a wide range of holidays, with more than 200 holidays every year. In addition to some major traditional festivals such as Christmas and Easter, each region has its own festivals, which are highly local.

During the holidays, Spaniards tend to get together with their families.

With the exception of July and August, most Spaniards work only about 42 hours a week and are entitled to one month of paid vacation a year, or just 11 months of work and 14 months of salary.

Daily life Spaniards usually eat five meals a day, which is different from the Chinese habit of three meals a day.

Spanish people usually have breakfast at 6 o ‘clock in the morning, breakfast is bread and coffee, the second meal at 12 o ‘clock, bread with sausage and coffee, 15:00 formal lunch, 17:00 dessert and coffee, 21:00 to eat dinner.

Looking at the schedule here, I believe many immigration applicants will be wondering, how many hours a day they are actually working?

15:00 finished eating, 17:00 again eating, the afternoon is completely spent in eating ah!

In response to this, people who have come into contact with Spain must know that the pace of life in Spain is slow, and the average person prefers to enjoy life rather than be pushed forward by it.

Two, Spanish immigration application conditions compared to Spain to buy a house immigration application requirements of the main applicant: 1.

At least 18 years old.

2. A property investment of at least 500,000 euros.

3. No criminal record.

4. Health insurance.

5. Open bank account, NIE number, property ownership certificate and other materials in Spain.

6. Pass the medical examination.

The main applicant for a non-profit residency application in Spain must be a legal citizen over the age of 18.

2. Owning a house in Spain worth more than 100,000 euros as a residence.

(You need to buy at least one apartment, suitable for all family members, each family member has a reasonable living area and space.)

3. No criminal record and a medical certificate.

4. Keep a minimum of 40,000 euros in a Spanish bank account.

5. Provide a non-wage income of not less than 40,000 Euro.

Three, Spanish immigrants common problems Spain can only buy immigrants?

There is more than one way to emigrate to Spain to buy a house, but in the past few years, the domestic media to buy the most propaganda immigration, so it has received the most attention.

In fact, there are several ways to move to Spain, not all of which involve buying property.

For example, Spain’s non-profit immigration project, real estate and identity are not bound, rental can immigration, is a typical asset-light immigration way.

The program now accounts for the vast majority of the immigrant market in Spain.

Are houses expensive in Spain?

Spanish house prices can not simply use expensive or not expensive to describe, and the same as the domestic, the real estate prices in different cities are very different, even in the same city of different types of real estate, the real estate prices in different regions are also very different.

For some applicants who cannot speak the same language and have weak communication ability, it is easier to buy some real estate which is much higher than the market price, and the potential of appreciation is definitely much weaker.

Therefore, when buying real estate in Spain, we should compare more with the market price. We can browse the price of the online real estate website, or go to some offline physical real estate stores to have a look. Basically, as long as we have a little understanding, we can avoid buying real estate far higher than the market price.
