There are a lot of people who have immigrated to Australia, but many people do not know the real life of Australian immigrants. What is the real life of Australian immigrants like?

Here is a detailed analysis for you.

The cost of living is generally higher for students in Australia.

A single student needs about 7,000 ~ 15,000 Australian dollars a year for living (food, clothing, transportation, medical care, entertainment).

Spouses of married students spend about A $5,000 a year in additional costs, and about A $3,000 per child.

Airfare and the cost of spouses or children studying in Australia will also be added.

When eating in Rome, do as the Romans do. Australians usually eat toast or sandwiches in the morning with various ingredients.

Milk is a must in every household and is very cheap ($1 a litre from a popular supermarket brand).

There is no daylight saving time in Queensland, so the time difference between Queensland and Beijing is 2 hours all year round (Zone 10 East).

Australia 188A visa (entrepreneurial visa) application conditions: 1.

The applicant must be under the age of 55, and the child must be under the age of 24 at the time of visa application.

2. At least 65 points on the score scale for Australian business investment immigration;

3. In two of the four years prior to the application, the applicant has successfully run his/her business with an annual turnover of more than AUD 500,000;

4. The applicant owns at least the following shares: (1) the annual turnover is less than AUD 400,000, and the shares are more than 51%;

(2) The annual turnover exceeds AUD 400,000, and the shares exceed 30%;

(3) For listed companies, the shares shall reach 10%.

5. The net assets under the name of the applicant and his/her spouse shall reach AUD 800,000;

6. No criminal record.

188B visa (investment visa) application conditions: 1. The applicant must be under the age of 55 and the child under the age of 24 (children aged 18-24 should provide a full-time study certificate); 2.

2. At least 65 points on the score scale for Australian business investment immigration;

3. At least three years of experience in direct management of one or more enterprises or investments;

4. At least one year in the five years prior to the application of the applicant and spouse: the applicant and spouse combined more than 10% of the shares;

Or the applicant and his or her spouse have a combined eligible investment of AUD 1.5 million.

5. Two years before the application, the applicant’s legal investment and personal assets amounted to AUD 2.25 million;

6. No criminal record.

Requirements for 188C visa (Major investment category) : 1. The net assets under the name of the applicant and his/her spouse must reach AUD 5 million; 2.

2. The age of the principal applicant is not required, and the child shall not be more than 24 years old at the time of visa approval (provide full-time study certificate).

1. Under 55 years of age or state exemption;

2. Has an equity value of at least A $400,000 for at least two of the past four financial years;

3. Can legally transfer at least 1.5 million Australian dollars of personal net assets to Australia within 2 years after receiving the 132 visa;

4. In at least two of the past four financial years, the annual turnover of the company in which it has an equity stake is at least A $3 million;

5. Owning any of the following businesses: (1) owning at least 30% of the equity in a company with annual revenue of more than A $400,000;

(2) Owning no less than 51% of a company with an annual operating income of less than A $400,000;

Or (3) owning at least 10% of the equity of a listed company.

1. Under the age of 50.

2. Bachelor degree or above.

3. 6 points for each IELTS test (some may be exempted from IELTS).

4. More than 3 years of professional work.

In Australia, people with common diseases do not go to the hospital but go to the family doctor, the family doctor can also brush the health care card, paid by the government, they only take a small part of the cost of medicine.

People only go to the hospital if they are seriously ill or need to see a specialist. However, if they need to undergo surgery, the operation fee, consultation fee, and hospitalization fee are free.

High salary + low cost of living = cost-effective life in Australia, the national social security system is very sound.

College students generally receive an annual salary of 50,000 Australian dollars after their lifetime, while the average annual salary in Australia is 67,000 Australian dollars. Under normal circumstances, the annual income of a working class can afford the down payment of a house.
