South Korea graduate application conditions and fees

South Korea is a popular country to study abroad, the number of people to study in South Korea every year there are a lot of competition pressure, want to go to South Korea to study to prepare well.

So what is the South Korean graduate application conditions?

How much does it cost to study abroad?

Let here small make up for you to introduce it one by one.

(1) The average score of the university should be above 2.0 or the average score of the main course should be above 70;

College graduate, diploma, bachelor’s degree certificate (or senior students);

Graduated from the undergraduate examination, obtained the graduation certificate (at the same time has a bachelor’s degree).

(2) Language requirements in China and South Korea do not need to rely on IELTS and TOEFL, but need to improve the Korean proficiency certificate.

Generally speaking, Korean Level 2 is required to study for a master’s degree in Korea, and Korean Level 4 is required to apply to one of the top 10 universities in Korea.

The tuition fee of public universities in South Korea is about 30,000 yuan per year, while the tuition fee of private universities is generally about 50,000 to 60,000 yuan. The tuition fee of national public schools is much lower than that of private schools.

Tuition fees for schools in the Seoul metropolitan area will be slightly higher than those of local schools.

2. Lodging Costs South Korean universities usually provide dormitories, usually no more than 2,000 yuan per month, but dormitories may not have separate toilets and most schools do not provide cooking places.

For convenience’s sake, many friends will come out and rent a house.

The school canteen is very cheap, three meals a day in the canteen may be less than 100 yuan.

However, if you choose to eat at an off-campus restaurant, a meal may cost more than 50 yuan.

Occasionally, you’ll have an extra snack.

Takeout and snacks…

If you can’t cook, it’s probably around 3,000 or 4,000 a month.

Preparatory courses for studying in Korea offered by domestic universities have signed cooperation agreements with some Korean universities.

All the students enrolled are in Korean, so there is no need to worry about failing the language test.

Choosing a domestic university to study in Korea can improve the relevant background conditions and language scores, and then apply to study in a Korean university.

The high quality preparatory study programs in South Korea can also be directly recommended to study in famous universities in South Korea.

South Korea study abroad preparatory generally adopt 1+4. Model.

Students who take a one-year language course at a domestic university save money on tuition and living expenses at a Korean language institute, further reducing expenses.

The annual domestic cost of preparatory study in Korea is between 10,000 and 60,000 yuan, and the cost of studying abroad is between 80,000 and 100,000 yuan.

There are basically two graduate courses in this university, depending on what students are studying, and then they submit the corresponding language scores.

If students study Korean, students need to submit TOPIK results, which require TOPIK3-6 levels.

At the same time, some courses are taught in English, IELTS and TOEFL are required to submit results, IELTS is more than 6 points.0-6.5, TOEFL 600-650.

In addition, some popular majors, which require students to pass TOPIK6, are relatively less popular and have fewer applicants, and Korean can pass TOPIK4.

Second, courses such as English GSIS usually recommend that students apply only for IELTS and TOEFL scores.

2. In terms of GPA, this part refers to the four-year GPA of students.

Generally speaking, it is recommended that students do not fail, and the ranking of major courses should be as high as possible to ensure that their GPA can be maintained for 3 years.0. If students want to apply for different majors, they are advised not to span too much.

Because the courses of graduate students are all advanced studies, the courses studied are more in-depth than those of undergraduate students.

If students do not have an undergraduate foundation in these four years, the pressure of these two years in this country will be great, which is why students are advised not to change majors.

3, material apply for graduate study, need to prepare the file material, such as learning plan, resume, this is the first impression, professor if students worry about these materials, worry about writing is not good, you can seek the help of a few years ago, or find some professional institutions, to help their design documentation (reproduced on island education network to:

2022 South Korean graduate student application requirements and notes).

4. Pay attention to the interview In this country, the university basically has the interview requirement.

The interview is not only to test students’ Korean proficiency, but also to test students’ professional knowledge.

If students can be calm and disciplined in the process, it will at least increase your professor’s favorability.
