The United States student passport process and matters needing attention

Students who are going to study in the United States must apply for a passport in advance and make sure that their passport is in hand before they can formally apply for a visa.

Let’s take a look at the process and precautions of the US student passport.

Step 1 of the process: Download and fill out the visa application form to complete the Non-Immigrant Visa Electronic Application Form (DS-160).

Step 2: Payment is not to forget the step to the travel agency to pay the visa application fee.

Step 3: Make an appointment for an interview.

To make an appointment for an interview, need to provide the following three pieces of information: passport number visa application payment receipt number DS-160 on the confirmation page of the ten (10) bar code number Step 4: interview must be on time, this is a more important link, to perform well oh, which the provisions of the materials must be brought.

Please come to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General for an interview at the appointed time.

Please bring with you a printed copy of the reservation slip, a printed copy of the DS-160 confirmation page, a recent photo taken within the last six months, and all old and new passports.

If any of the above materials are missing, the application will not be processed.

Supporting Documents Supporting documents are only one of many factors that visa officers need to consider during an interview.

The visa officer will make an analysis and judgment based on the specific circumstances of each applicant, taking into account occupational, social, cultural and other factors.

Visa officers need to weigh information about the applicant’s intention to come to the United States, family background, and long-term plans in the country of origin.

Each visa application will be treated as a separate case and given full consideration in accordance with the law.

Note: Do not use fake materials.

Deception or misrepresentation may result in permanent refusal.

To PROTECT PERSONAL privacy, the applicant should bring the materials to the embassy/consulate under seal.

The EMBASSY/CONSULATE adheres to the principle of confidentiality of information and will not disclose the contents of the applicant’s materials to anyone.

Please bring the following materials with you to the interview.

If possible, it is best to use originals rather than photocopies.

Do not submit any supporting documents to the embassy/Consulate by fax, email or post.

Current income certificate, tax return, property ownership certificate or enterprise ownership certificate, asset certificate.

Itinerary and/or other information relating to travel plans.

A letter of introduction from the applicant’s employer, detailing the applicant’s position, salary, time of entry, whether the applicant is allowed to take leave, and the purpose (if any) of the business trip to the United States.

Criminal/court records (wherever arrested or convicted, even if served or pardoned).

The U.S. passport is the most powerful pass in the world. You can get a U.S. passport visa-free from 147 countries.

According to the latest global passport number, tied for first, the number of visa-free countries the United States and Britain have so convenient conditions you don’t have tattoos or go to travel around the world ~ face underwent surgical operation need to deal with the new passport, don’t worry, if you just left a Brooklyn’s wind, or changed the color to the hair will not be asked to deal with a passport.

But if you do something like Mike Tyson did with your face,

If you lose weight like Jared and become a different person or have facial surgery, you may need to get a new passport.

The no-uniform-wear rule in your passport photo is similar to some bars: No uniforms!

Not even a Natrone Means jersey.

Unless you are religious and have to wear a specific outfit every day, go back to your normal clothes.

After all, as long as you look good, you can wear anything to create personality and style.

Oh, and no hats or tiaras.

I don’t know if the above will break the heart of some uniform lovers, but there is a remedy: Your appearance is not good enough.

If you’re wearing prescription glasses, you can wear them for photos.

It doesn’t matter if you’re wearing cool sunglasses, as long as they’re prescription glasses!

But if you have good eyesight and want to wear sunglasses…

I can only imagine that.

Since the U.S. State Department issued electronic passports in 2007, the last page of every passport with a moon image has been embedded with a chip that records the owner’s information.

The information security of the chip is protected by the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

In 2016, the chips will be encased in polycarbonate paper to protect them from damage.

In the meantime, don’t worry if your passport falls into the water or gets damaged. The polycarbonate paper can withstand it!

Are there a few places you can go without a passport so you can’t travel abroad without a passport?

Of course not!

U.S. residents are free to travel to the Northern Mariana Islands in Oceania;

Puerto Rico in North America;

The American Virgin Islands;

Go to Guam in the western Pacific and American Samoa in Oceania, and you don’t have to bring a blueprint
