The education level in the UK is very high, and if you study in the middle school in the UK, you can adapt to the education style in the UK earlier, you can learn English better, and you are more likely to apply for British universities.

So junior high school study in Britain what are the conditions?

Here is a small series to take you to understand it.

1. Language conditions in the UK junior high school learning needs good English ability.

Students under the age of 18 are not required to take IELTS.

If they have IELTS scores, they can also provide them.

In addition, some schools will have English entrance exams, which students can take according to regulations.

Applicants for A-levels should be aged 16 or above.

4. The formula for calculating the amount of financial guarantee required by British middle schools: (annual tuition + annual living expenses)) * Years of study (Note: general annual tuition + annual living expenses are about 200,000-300,000 yuan) Economic guarantee: bank fixed deposit guarantee Scope: myself.

Parents, spouses, grandparents.

To go to a junior high school in the UK, students need to have strong financial ability to pay for their study in the UK.

In addition, junior high school students are generally young, so students need to have a strong self-care ability and learning ability, otherwise it is likely that they can not adapt to the study and life abroad.

Advantage 1. 2, junior high school study in the UK to improve language ability to go to England, can make students contact English, the smaller the age, learning English will be more easy, in the UK, you can learn authentic English, usually in the UK’s daily activities, can make him faster to adapt to life in the UK, in the high school, also can let him as soon as possible to adapt to the British education, to adapt to the language environment,

Make it easier for him to take classes in college. It’s a good chance to practice his English.

2. The quality of education in Britain is very high.

Many high school teachers come from famous universities, and they have relatively innovative ways to educate students.

The UK has a high enrolment rate and many high school graduates in the UK go to the top universities in the UK.

When I was in high school in the UK, the school arranged some basic courses for students, so that students could have access to some university knowledge in advance and lay the foundation for future university study.

If you apply to a UK university after finishing high school in China, you need to take a one-year preparatory course, but if you attend high school in the UK, you don’t need to, you can apply directly to a UK university.

3. Applying to College is more Humane In China, the results of the college entrance examination determine which university you enter.

In England, there are four test opportunities.

Starting from grade 12 in high school, there are two exams a year.

Choose the best score of your four exams as the gaokao score, which is more humane for the students taking the gaokao.

4. Flexible Curriculum In Britain, schools not only pay attention to students’ learning ability, but also pay attention to students’ development in all aspects.

There are many major courses and electives for students to choose from, as well as many extracurricular activities to develop students’ interests and lay the foundation for choosing a major in future college.

It is also very active and free in high school classrooms in the UK.

For a class with few students, it is relatively easy for teachers to manage and students have more time to pay attention.

Students can communicate with teachers face to face and solve all kinds of difficulties in their study.

3. What are the differences between public and private middle schools?

Advantages of public schools: relatively flexible management, students can choose to live in school or at home, the tuition is lower than that of private schools, Chinese students less adapted to the crowd: British long-term visa or British local students;

Private boarding schools: traditional British education, strict education system, strict management, tuition is more expensive than public schools, and the enrollment rate of famous schools is also higher than public schools.

The teacher-student ratio of private schools is generally about 1:8, small class teaching, 7-10 people in each class, unlike public schools, a class of 20-30 students, so each child is more attention than children in public schools;

Small class sizes can give every student a chance to express their ideas, but in public schools there may be few opportunities to answer questions in class;

The tuition of private schools is indeed more expensive than public schools, but schools will invest more money, so private schools are richer in daily activities;

First: Registration fee (application fee) The school charges 50-200 pounds, this fee is non-refundable.

After passing the examination, the application materials will be evaluated. Students who meet the requirements will receive a pre-admission letter from the university and will be required to pay the degree deposit within a specified period.

The deposit is a refundable fee.

The University will refund students whose visa is not successful or who have completed the course.

The language school deducted from the tuition fee.

Some schools for 16- to 18-year-olds require a guardian.

Fee composition: Registration fee: 100-200 pounds (only once) Deposit: about 500 pounds (refundable) annual guardianship service fee: 1000-2000 pounds Advance payment: about 1,000 pounds, student accommodation, transportation and other expenses deducted from the fifth: Visa fee British students visa fee is about 3200 yuan, students pay by themselves Note:
