How to apply for a British passport and a list of materials

Students go to the UK, need to apply for their own passport, passport processing will be easier than visas, and we have no time limit.

Take a look at how to apply for a UK student passport and the list of materials.

Deal with method 1, the most honest go abroad to study abroad passport to deal with the method to get the offer of the school, according to the national provisions to go to the local education committee first to agree you go abroad to study abroad at one’s own expenses to prove, take the proof to public security organ to do passport next.

People don’t usually use this method because they have to pay for the culture.

If you don’t pay the culture fee, the procedure is too annoying.

2. For the more popular passport application for studying abroad, an invitation letter, a copy of the inviter’s passport and a real envelope are required for the complete set of things.

It’s not easy to operate.

First of all, the invitation letter, the copy of the inviter’s passport and the envelope should be translated in the translation company designated by the Public Security Bureau, which costs about 200 yuan.

When handing over the materials, you should also briefly state your relationship with the invitee to the police department, such as how you know each other and why the invitee invited you, etc.

3. This method is recommended to apply for a study abroad passport with a deposit slip of $4,000.

Copy the deposit slip first, and then copy the deposit slip, household registration book, ID card copy and application form.

In less than five minutes, you get a slip for your passport in 20 days.

Especially when handing over materials, even did not look at the original deposit slip.

I just checked my hukou book with the application form to see if there were any mistakes. It couldn’t be simpler.

After 20 days, you will get your passport. In addition to your name, gender, date of birth and passport number, you will also have your destination on your exit card.

4, through the regular travel agency to apply for a passport to study abroad pay the travel agency 200 or 300 yuan, they will help you handle everything.

Generally, I will give you a passport with a group visa card first, and then help you change your card when you leave.

1. A recent bareheaded photo and the completed “Application Form for Chinese Citizens to Go Abroad for Private Purposes”;

2. Resident ID card and household registration copy;

During the period of obtaining, changing and reapplying for resident ID cards, the applicant can also submit the application for temporary resident ID cards and the copy of the household ID card;

3. Citizens under the age of 16 should be accompanied by their legal guardians, and submit their legal guardians’ opinions on leaving the country, their resident ID cards or household registrations, passports and copies;

4. State personnel shall, in accordance with relevant regulations, submit the certificate of consent to exit the country issued by their work units or superior competent units after approval in accordance with the authority of personnel management;

5. Other raw materials required to be submitted by the exit/entry administration department of the public security organ of the provincial people’s government with the permission of the exit/entry administration department of the Ministry of Public Security.

Those with a college degree or above who apply to study abroad at their own expense should apply for a passport at the exit and entry department at the county or city level with the “Certificate of Qualification for studying abroad at their own expense” issued by the provincial education authority.

For those who go abroad to study religious courses (including study in religious institutions), they shall apply for a passport at the Exit and Entry Administration department at the county or city level with the unified certificate issued by the religious bureau at or above the provincial level;

For the government-sent overseas students (including the government-sent overseas students and the government-sent overseas students), the county/city Exit and Entry Administration authorities shall apply for a passport with the completed Passport Registration Form for Government-Sent Overseas Students.

If you are asked to sign in person, the first thing you should do before you sign in person is to prepare your materials.

The required documents include: ID card, visa application form and photo, passport, educational materials and English scores, etc.

Among the educational materials, we must not forget the original Chinese and English certificates, the original Chinese and English certificates of transcripts and the original copies of academic degrees.

If you are applying for a graduate student in the UK, do not ignore the work and related funds and family materials, income proof, including the family industry, spouse’s income proof, enterprise or company proof, do not ignore the original property ownership certificate (myself, parents or sponsors),

Proof of deposit to be able to pay for your study in the UK while preparing to study is essential.

Usually, the visa officer will not ask you to submit a document. You should submit it voluntarily when you answer questions.

When you answer a question about your UK visa application, take the initiative to submit proof of your UK visa application. For example, when the visa officer asks you what your father does for a living, you should submit proof of work together with your answer.

This is the visa officer’s first impression of you, and it’s not to be underestimated.

When it is your turn to be interviewed, you should first calm down and make a small gesture to improve your impression on the visa officer immediately:

When the previous applicant leaves the counter without sorting out his/her documents, you wait quietly at a distance of one meter. When the visa officer calls your name, you immediately raise your hand or nod your head to indicate that you are “ready”. Then you walk quickly to the counter and politely greet the visa officer.

The introduction of professional pay attention to strategy on the professional presentation, many students talk about their professional, simply to a professional title, and then use very professional terms to detail their own professional, this ignores the feeling of the visa officer, the visa officer is not a jack of all trades, you are so the introduction of “professional” they may not understand, according to the study in Britain condition to select:

If the student cannot understand what he or she is saying, the visa officer naturally loses the basis to judge whether the student is inclined to emigrate or not, and finally refuses the visa.

Therefore, when introducing your major, students must pay attention to using simple and clear words to describe it, and tell more about the reason and purpose of learning this major, including the development after returning to China, so as to help visa officers understand and make judgments.

Eye contact is a necessary form of politeness in the process of communication. It shows that you pay attention to the other person.

The visa officer interviews you with an equal attitude, so you don’t have to be afraid of his eyes.

When speaking, you should cooperate with eye contact with him, eyes to look straight at each other, do not wander eyes, it will affect the trust of the British examiners to you.

Eyes are the Windows to the soul. Let him feel that your heart is open.
