How much does Oxford College undergraduate study abroad cost

The University of Oxford is one of the most prestigious institutions of higher learning in the UK. It is famous in the world and its reputation is growing all the time. The number of students in the university is about 21000 from all countries, including about 9621 postgraduate students and 11,752 undergraduate students.

1. The cost of undergraduate study in Oxford is about 10,000-15,000 pounds per year for each international student.

However, the tuition fees for different majors will vary. For example, the annual tuition fees for business, social sciences and humanities majors will be around 11,000 pounds.

Education and maths courses cost around ¡ê10,500 a year;

Tuition fees for health, public services and biological sciences are around ¡ê12,000 a year;

Fees for engineering, journalism and media, performing arts and majors are around ¡ê13,000 a year;

Medical science courses cost around ¡ê15,000 a year.

For Chinese students, in addition to high school diploma, college entrance examination and university entrance examination, they also need to obtain A-Level, the International Baccalaureate (IB) and other academic qualifications recognized by Oxford University.

1. Students who apply to study abroad must ensure that their IELTS score is no less than 7.0, each part can not be less than 7.0;

2. The TOEFL IBT has a total score of 110, so students are required to score more than 22 in the listening section, 25 in the speaking section, and 24 in the reading and writing section. Of course, there are also requirements for TOEFL IBT.

However, applicants at Oxford are generally expected to meet a high standard in English, because they are better able to study more courses at Oxford.

The high standard is that the IELTS score should not be less than 6.5 in each section, and the total score should be 7.0.

The IBT must have at least 22 points in the listening section, 25 points in the speaking section, and 24 points in the reading and writing section.

1. Look carefully at the entry requirements: A-levels, International Baccalaureate (IB) or equivalent qualifications are required.

For example, A-levels, Oxford considers applicants who have achieved at least an A and an International Baccalaureate of 38 or above.

Also, be aware that Oxford University does not accept applications with only gaokao results or a high school diploma.

2. You have to take entrance exams: in addition to submitting your UCAS application, you have to take exams like Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Classics.

The appointment test time is generally in October every year, the formal test in November or so, pay attention to the test requirements, make adequate preparation.

3. Written Submissions: Applicants are required to submit written submissions before November 10 each year.

There will be an email notification about the work requirements. In general, there will be a difference between the electronic version and the paper version.

When asked to write extended essays, the applicant should take care not to write more than 2000 words.
