Introduction to the cost of each stage of study in Switzerland

Switzerland is a very beautiful country, where people are comfortable and comfortable, and the level of education is high. Although it is a small country for studying abroad, it still attracts many people to study abroad. Let’s learn about the cost of studying in Switzerland at various stages.

¡ñ Primary school: The annual fee is about 50-80W RMB (including room and board) (conversion ratio is 1:6.5 Swiss francs).

¡ñ Middle school: each school will adjust the tuition according to the financial department of the school. The tuition will be adjusted according to the notice of the school. The approximate cost is 35W~80W RMB per year (including food and accommodation) (conversion ratio is 1:6.5 Swiss francs).

¡ñ Master’s degree: RMB 30W to RMB 40W (the specific amount shall prevail).

Public universities generally do not provide dormitories, we can only rent their own, but generally there will be any school cooperation student apartments, well-equipped and inexpensive, a month about 3000 yuan.

On the contrary, in private colleges and universities, accommodation expenses are included in the tuition fee. You only need to apply for the dormitory, and it will be allocated equally, so you don’t have to worry about having no place to live.

The school will provide a canteen, where people can eat directly. The average price of a meal is about 30 yuan, which requires a budget of 2,000 yuan a month, not including the expenses of occasional dinner parties.

Of course, you can also choose to cook by yourself. If you have the conditions to cook, you can go to the shopping mall to buy food ingredients and cook by yourself. The price will be much cheaper, at least one-third of the cost can be saved.

Switzerland has a well-developed transport network and reasonable charges. The main means of transport in urban areas are trains, trams and buses.

Tram fares are divided by district into a variety of fares, ranging from 2-3 Swiss francs depending on the size of the city, or 8-12 Swiss francs for a day pass.

Taxis are expensive, with a basic charge of 4 francs and 2-3 francs per kilometre thereafter.

Most travel between cities is by train, and Swiss trains are known for their precision, punctuality and frequency.

Precise information such as train times can be found on the Swiss Federal Railways website or by downloading their APP.

Buses in Switzerland have the priority to use the road, get on the bus basically without queuing, but all the doors of the bus open casually on and off, do not swipe the card, but the bus ticket.

Please feel free to buy tickets. If you buy a second time ticket, please feel free to punch in.

The annual pass costs more than 3,000 Swiss francs and can be used unlimited times in a year. It is applicable to almost all public transport in Switzerland.

There are also second pass, day pass, multi-day pass, monthly pass and so on.

Some temporary tickets have no photo, only a name, and you have to bring your passport to prove that you are you.

If found evasion, the consequences are very serious, increasing fines do not say, three times after the credit.

Skype can make domestic and international calls, can realize call transfer, SMS sending and other functions, Skype mutual dialing free.

Domestic calls via skype are charged at 0.17 RMB per minute.

Swisscom phone cards are available in denominations of 5, 10 and 20 Swiss francs and can be purchased at post offices, railway stations, newsstands, petrol stations and Swisscom stores.

The school is covered by free wireless Internet, and students can also contact friends and family in China through Internet channels (such as wechat, QQ and FaceTime).
